Note from Oklahoma Watch: " I just wanted to thank you again for connecting Oklahoma Watch with one of your students to help us produce a promotional video about the important work we do. Cinnamon's knowledge of video production helped us tell our story in way that we haven't been able to before. I hope that the assignment was as valuable to her as it was to us. We appreciate the fresh perspectives that students bring to our industry and hope to find more ways to work on projects that are mutually beneficial.
Also, I sent the video she did for class to the Dean to make him aware of what students in your class helped us to accomplish! " Dena Drabek, Chief Operating Officer Oklahoma Watch, 2015 |
Visual Arts student , Casey Stranahan joins my EFP class with no prior experience with video production, She does a really nice job introducing her creative friends to the audience in this short film below - as she asks :
" What makes you creative?" Please note the sound quality in the third interview when she could not use a good microphone. Hear how Hollow the sound is? Teaching your ear about quality sound is a part of this class and takes some time.. We learn from when things are less than perfect as well as when they are well done. The singer's interview is particularly insightful. The entire piece is a wonderful accomplishment. So glad Casey joined our class! |
